1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the letting of apartments for accommodation, as well as to all other services provided to the customer by “Greenfeld Vermietung”.
2. Conclusion of Contract & Booking

The contract is concluded upon Greenfeld Vermietung’s acceptance of the customer’s application.

For bookings made via the website or booking portals, the reservation becomes binding upon receipt of the confirmation.
3. Services, Prices & Payment

Greenfeld Vermietung is obliged to make the apartments booked by the customer available.
-
The customer is obliged to pay the prices applicable for the letting and other services.
-
The agreed prices include the applicable statutory VAT.
-
Unless otherwise agreed, payment shall be made in advance via [payment method, e.g. credit card, bank transfer or PayPal].
4. Check-in & Check-out

The apartments are available to the customer from 15:00 on the agreed arrival date (self-check-in).

On the agreed departure date, the Greenfeld Vermietung apartments must be vacated and made available by 10:00 am at the latest.

Greenfeld Vermietung may charge an additional fee for late check-out.
5. Withdrawal & Cancellation (Cancellation Policy)

Cancellations must be made in writing (by email).

The following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 2 days before arrival: Free of charge.

1 day before arrival: 50% of the total price
-
For cancellations made at shorter notice or in the event of a no-show: 90–100% of the total price.

6. Use of the Apartments & House Rules
-
The apartments may only be used for residential purposes. Subletting is prohibited.

No smoking: There is a strict no-smoking policy in all apartments. A cleaning fee of at least [amount, e.g. €250] will be charged for any breaches.

Pets: Pets are not permitted.

The customer is liable for any damage to the furnishings or the building caused by them or their guests.
7. Internet use (Wi-Fi)

Use of the provided Wi-Fi is at your own risk. The customer undertakes not to use the network for unlawful purposes (e.g. illegal file sharing).
8. Data Protection & Final Provisions

The Greenfeld Vermietung Privacy Policy applies.
-
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, to the extent permitted by law, Heilbronn / Weinsberg.
-
Should any individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
